Answer: Yes. Acetaminophen is tylenol. It won't relive your symptoms of runny nose. But, it can help with aches and pain. Follow the instructions on the bottle.

Answer: more than likely if it helps the head ache it will not be because of the hydrocodone. the hydrocodone will however probably help the back pain. remember that it is only a mask of the pain and not a cure because its an antagonist pain killer all it does is cause your body to produce more of it natural pain killer (endorphines). but if thats all you have the tylenol (acetamiophen) in the pills will help your migrain. i would also drink a soda or a cup of coffee. caffine helps with the delivery of the meds by helping blood flow. have seen narcotic analgesics ( pain pills) make people sleepy and i have seen them make them restless, everyone is different. So if they make you drowsy at least you could take em to help with sleep. just be sure to follow the directions on the bottle. most pills have somewhere between 500 to 660mg or in special cases higher doses of tylenol (APAP) in them. tylenol can be bad for the liver if you take too much. good luck. Answer: it won't do you any real damage, no worse than taking 4 paracetamol which i often do, hope it will ease the pain a little more! not that it does, but you will be fine. if you want to flush it out drink allot of water and go to sleep for a while. if your really concerned go to the docs.

Answer: You will be fine,, you may get sleeping and feel a little off balance but you are on a very low dosage,,, 2 mg of oxycodone is not much at all,,,, worry more about the tylenol,, don't exceed 4,000mg a day. Even if what you meant was 5mg the total of 20mg is what I take 4 times a dday and have for years,,, you really need to stop messing around,,, some people end up having a bad reaction to even a little bit too much,,,, the way you are trying to self-medicate really is not a smart thing to do at all. Answer: There is absolutely nothing unsafe about it. When I used to take Vicodin, which is just acetaminophen with a small amount of Hydrocodone, I used to get a half a mouth full of water and chew them up, mixing them with the water and then swallowing them just to get them to work 5 minutes faster. They're bitter as heck, but yeah, you can do it. It really only has a minimal effect though, like I said, maybe 5 minutes. Your stomach acid is quite strong, and will eat those uncoated Tylenol in 3 minutes. Underneath me, what Jandy said is spot on also, in the time it takes you to crush and mix them with water, your stomach acid would have done it faster had you just eaten them whole. Unless you're going to chew them up, don't bother. But again, they're disgusting, and you're talking about a few minutes difference, if any at all. Devlin B.

Answer: Hi There...To answer your 1st question..yes, you could have died. But since you didn't, let's talk about liver damage. Your liver is the only organ that will regenerate. When someone donates part of their liver, it grows back and the liver that was transplanted grows to a normal size, too. Your liver is the "coffee filter" of your body. But it can be terminally damaged if you ask it to filter too much in too little time. You did that when you took the Tylenol in such a massive dose and so fast. I assume you got immediate treatment because you are still alive. Yes, you can take a NORMAL dose of Tylenol without problem. I am so glad you are on Zoloft. Don't you feel so much better now? Just keep taking it and get on with your life. If you start to feel "junk" again, just tell your Dr. and they may want to adjust your dosage. So go on and have a great life and don't give that overdose a second thought anymore. Your'e certainly on the right track now.

Answer: Um, no. Acetaminophen is just Tylenol. The only thing it may do is if you take it regularly you'll have liver issues. I wouldn't recommend 12 in one day. Instead if you are experiencing a lot of pain alternate between to Tylenol then 2 hours late 4 Advil. How ever the symptoms you are describing are what I experience in a panic attack. It was probably self induced over the stress from your unrelenting pain and the stress to accomplish tasks of the day. Also factor you are probably well aware of the side effects of taking so much Tylenol. Panic attack city baby. If it happens a lot see your doctor who can refer you to someone who can look deeper into it and find a course of action.

Answer: 2 to 4 tablets of acetaminophen a day is not a large dose. You can take 2 tablets every 4 hours. The overdose amount is not very far above the 2 every 4 hours. your liver should be able to handle what you are taking.

Answer: Acetominophen overdose can cause severe to fatal liver failure. Believe it or not, that drug don't play.

Answer: acetaminophen 250 mg x 2 = 500 mg = .5g of acetaminophen. Take 2 pills per dose and do not exceed 4 doses of 2 pills of acetaminophen 250 mg per 24 hour period.

Answer: If anyone takes this much of any drug, they should IMMEDIATELY contact their poison control centre and get to the hospital! Liver damage is not always noticeable to the sufferer and is rarely reversible. Liver failure is fatal!!!! Liver transplants can be done...but why if its avoidable...hope you follow my train of thought.
