Question: This product does not interact with alcohol? I'm currently using a nasal spray (beclomethasone dipropionate) and on the packaging it says "This product does not interact with alcohol." - Does this mean I can't consume alcohol whilst using the medication or does it mean I can?
Answer: You can. The interaction between medication and alcohol can alter the metabolism or activity of the medication and/or alcohol metabolism, resulting in potentially serious medical consequences. So it is safe to consume the alcohol whilst using the medication if it does not interact with alcohol.
