Answer: I think I would opt for a healthy diet and exercise rather than putting supplemental junk like that in my body.
Question: Will mixing Hydroxycut with an Nitric Oxide booster be too much caffeine?? I've been using MRI's Black Powder, a pre-workout nitric oxide booster, for about a month now and like it. It has a 202mg blend of caffeine, green tea extract and betaine-anhydrous. So i'm assuming it has about 100-150mg of caffeine. I just bought Hydroycut to lose fat. It has 300mg of caffeine per serving and it says to take two servings a day, so 600mg! I've already cut out coffee, soda and chocolate from my diet, but i still have the occasional soda here and there. even without anything in my diet that's still 700-750mg of caffeine on workout days (4-5 days a week). Is that an unhealthy amount? most websites say not to exceed 300mg. In case it matters, I'm 19 years old, 6'1 and 210lbs.
Answer: Sounds like your playing with fire there. Just sounds like too much. But you may want to get an actual doctor's opinion about it. That would be the safest thing to do.
Question: Can TMG be taken along with a SAMe supplement? Hello, ive been taking SAMe for a few weeks now and have yet to noticed much of an affect towards my depression so far. I was told that I may need to increase my dosage in order to experience the benefits. I am currently taking 400mg of SAMe daily which is quite expensive for just 1 months worth at this dose so I was thinking maybe to just add some TMG along with the SAMe instead so I can keep it within my budget. Does this sound like a good alternative to adding more SAMe? The reason I ask is because i never heard of someone taking both a SAMe and TMG supplement together. Usually I hear people taking one or the other.
TMG-(trimethylglycine), also known as anhydrous betaine, has been shown to help protect the liver and raise S-adenosylmethionine (SAM-e) levels.
Answer: Yes, those are perfectly fine to take together. They are different nutrients and have different benefits so you'd have no problem. Also, FWIW, TMG is derived from Betaine, but it is not Betaine in and of itself. ;-) Good luck and I hope I helped!

I know this is a long list of copied ingredients but I really need to know if any of them have alcohol in them or something similar. Thanks any help would be appreciated.
Answer: Yes anything ending in ol will probably be an alcohol such as Panthenol. Also the answer is yes, most of those things do have alcohols in them, but remember its not the same thing as spirits it just refers to an OH group. Also "Stearyl Alcohol" is definitely an alcohol.
Question: Can these things affect the penis (creatine, etc.)? Magnesium, Magnesium Creatine Chelate, Dicreatine Malate, Betaine Anhydrous, L-Taurine, L-Tyrosine, Malic Acid, Acesulfame Potassium, Silicon Dioxide, Sucralose, Glycerol Monostearate, L-Taurine, Sodium Chloride, and Potassium Gluconate.
Can any of these which can be found in the supplements GlycerGrow and Green Magnitude affect the penis?
Answer: I'm not sure anyone, including scientists would be able to answer this accurately. There has not been any scientific research done on this.
But, you should be fine. Other than steriods shrinking testicles, i've never heard of any supplements that do that.
Question: Are and of these products any type of meat or fish? I am a vegitarian and I just took a sip of a drink that someone made that contained these. I am starting to worry if any of this could be meat protein. :((((

Answer: Whey is a byproduct of cheese making. If you don't drink milk, eat cheese or yogurt, it might not be vegetarian for YOU. Most vegetarians are ovo lacto...meaning they eat eggs and dairy products. So it's up to you whether it's "vegetarian" or not.
You really don't have to worry about a drink containing meat. It's too expensive to put in drinks as a protein.
